Interview discussing her book "Memoirs of the Bright Side of the Moon"
Pink Floyd was one of the best selling rock bands throughout their career. With top albums like "The Wall", "Dark Side of the Moon", and "Animals" among others and hit songs such as "Another Brick in the Wall Part 2", "Money", and "Comfortably Numb" Pink Floyd band members David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Nick Mason, and Richard Wright took the idea of the concept album and turned it into a massive success.
After the band split up Gilmour and Waters continued with successful solo careers and Pink Floyd continued to make albums and tour with Gilmour at the helm.
Ginger Gilmour was married to David throughout all of the band's success and through some of the post Waters years. Ginger and David had four kids and toured the world, making many memories together and with many rock and Hollywood celebrities.
Ginger now has written a book "Memoirs of the Bright Side of the Moon" detailing her life before, during and after the machine that was Pink Floyd. Highlighted with stories surrounding the band's biggest albums and most successful tours Ginger paints a vivid picture of life as a rock wife through personal pictures and descriptive verse.
